LiveRec is a service that automatically records public livestreams from creators you select. The Service allows you to:
LiveRec records only publicly available livestreams that are open to everyone. We do not access private content, restricted broadcasts, or require your account credentials. All viewing is anonymous—you never enter a creator's chatroom or interact with their live broadcast.
By using LiveRec, you agree to only auto-record your own livestreams or to obtain permission from the creator before adding them to your auto-record list.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights or permission to record any creator's content. LiveRec provides the technical capability to record public broadcasts; the responsibility for how this capability is used rests entirely with you.
LiveRec only supports public broadcasts that are open to everyone. We do not record private, restricted, or subscriber-only content. Public livestreams are, by nature, freely viewable by anyone on the platform at the time of broadcast.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use LiveRec. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

LiveRec offers subscription plans with different auto-record limits:
All subscribers receive unlimited access to watch any recording on LiveRec, not just from creators they auto-record or bookmark.
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by these platforms.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's subscription settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play according to their respective refund policies.
LiveRec provides access to recordings of public livestreams. We do not claim ownership of this content. All livestream content belongs to the original creators who produced it.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Recordings are stored on our cloud servers. We may delete older recordings from time to time to manage storage capacity. We will notify you before deleting recordings so you are aware of any upcoming changes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any recordings. Livestream quality depends on the original broadcast.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVEREC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveRec and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
